This cottage cheese with fine herbs and spices is perfect as a spread, an after-school snack, on a baguette or as a canapé for guests — it's a real all-rounder! Herbes de Provence are a special mix of Provençal herbs that are typically used in the south of France.

    Add all of the ingredients apart from the dried organic chives to a food processor and mix until well combined.

    Carefully fold in the dried chives and allow the finished spread to cool for 15 minutes so that the taste of the herbs can develop.
