Power Muesli with a Coconut and Cinnamon Topping

Whether you have it for breakfast or a mid-morning snack, this power muesli gives you the energy you need to get your day off to a flying start! The muesli can also be packed up and taken into the office — the oats will soak up the liquid on the journey in to create a wonderful texture. You can also use soy milk instead of normal milk.

Ingredients 4 Portions

  • 100 gRolled oats
  • 1 tbsp.Hazelnuts, ground
  • 1 tbsp.Coconut flakes
  • 250 mlMilk
  • 1 tbsp.Honey
  • 1 tbsp.Chia seeds
  • 1 pieceApple
  • 1 pieceBanana
  • 100 gGrapes
  • 1 tsp.Cinnamon, Ground

Preparation

    In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, chia seeds and coconut flakes with the milk, honey and cinnamon.

    Wash the apple and grate roughly with the skin on. Slice the bananas. Wash the grapes and cut them in half.

    Combine everything with the rolled oat mixture.

    Allow to infuse for two hours and enjoy.
