These kale chips are a great way of getting the most out of the short kale season, as they will make the kale last that little bit longer. Having said that, they are so crispy and delicious that they're difficult to resist! Seasoned with turmeric and olive oil for a healthy, crunchy snack.
Ingredients 2 Portions
Carefully strip away the kale leaves, discard the stalks and cut into bite-sized pieces. Thoroughly wash the kale and then allow to dry.
Add the kale to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt.
Then arrange across several baking trays and sprinkle with ground cumin.
Preheat the oven to 120°C (248°F) and bake for 20–30 minutes with the door slightly open. Allow to cool and enjoy.
