A tasty green smoothie is the best way to start the day — you can even prepare it the night before. The combination of lots of vegetables and fresh fruit makes this smoothie exceptionally healthy and filling. Parsley has a mild, peppery flavor and enriches the flavor of the smoothie without overpowering it.
Ingredients 4 Portions
- 1 Apple
- 1 Kiwifruit
- 1 Avocado, ripe
- 1 tbsp.Olive oil
- 50 gBaby spinach
- 150 gCelery
- 600 mlGreen tea
- 2 tbsp.Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp.Organic Parsley, Chopped
- 1 tsp.
Peel the apple and kiwifruit. Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and scoop out the flesh.
Place all the ingredients in a blender and finely blend.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with the celery.
