Anyone who thinks that vegetable burgers all taste the same—or of nothing at all—has definitely never tried these ones! These vegetable patties with marjoram have bite, taste delicious and are made using lots of fresh vegetables. They are no fad!
Ingredients 2 Portions
Soak the rolled oats in water.
Roughly grate the carrots and zucchini and mix with sesame oil, rolled oats, marjoram, egg and breadcrumbs.
Mix well and soak for 15 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan. Use a tablespoon to divide the mixture, add to the pan and press down lightly to create burgers.
Fry for 3–4 minutes each side then place onto a piece of paper towel.
Season with sea salt and ground pepper and enjoy.
