Ingredients 2 Portions
- 2 pieceBananas, ripe
- 4 tbsp.Almond milk or oat milk
- 2 tsp.Acai powder
- 2 Cups of fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
- 1 tbsp.Veggy Sweet Seasoning Mix
For the topping
- 1 tsp.Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp.Cocoa nibs
- 3 tbsp.Fresh berries
- 1 tsp.Linseed
Cut the bananas into small pieces. Add to a blender with the 2 cups of berries, the acai powder, the plant-based milk and the Kotányi Veggy Sweet mix.
Blend thoroughly until a pink/purple-colored puree is achieved. If the consistency is too thick, add a little more of the plant-based milk.
Add the finished mixture to a bowl.
Then garnish with a topping of chia seeds, fresh berries, linseed and cocoa nibs.
