Imaginative packaging
Children love to play! However, this often gets lost in the hectic school day. Perhaps our DIY tips will help you.
Animal or heart shapes: Cookie cutters for bread, cheese or melon look great and create a little ‘wow’ moment when opening the lunch box.
Creative names: Carrot sticks become ‘superhero sticks’, muesli bars become ‘magic bars’ and hummus becomes ‘jungle dip’.
Surprise effect: A little note, a sticker or a colourful toothpick can bring a smile to their face even on a not-so-good day.
Everything for those with a sweet tooth
Sweets, yay! For many children, these are truly magical words. How about making your own sweet snacks at home? That way, you always know which ingredients they contain and can also prepare healthier sweets. Take a look at our recipes!

The creative lunch box
The classic sandwich gets boring after a while, and we think it’s time for a little change! Depending on what your kids like to eat, you can customise the fillings of bagels or tortilla wraps, for example. Sweet foods such as porridge or yoghurt are also great to take with you in a screw-top jar. Bento boxes are also very popular, where the food is divided into several small compartments – colourful, varied and often arranged in fun shapes.

Back to school: Creative ideas for school bags
For many children, the “school cone” is the absolute highlight of their first day at school – and of course it should be colourful, exciting and lovingly filled. In addition to small toys or classic sweets, you can also include healthy, creative alternatives that are just as much fun – and good for you too. Of course, tailor the contents to your child’s preferences and age, because not everyone has to like everything.
We have prepared a few ideas on how you can incorporate healthy snacks and useful little gifts into the school cone:
Fruit leather (homemade or purchased): Thin, sweet rolls made from 100% fruit purée – a real eye-catcher!
Freeze-dried fruit: Crispy, sweet and completely natural – packaged in colourful paper bags.
Portioned nut mixes (without salt/sugar): Nicely packaged in small jars or paper bags.
A small tea mix: E.g. Children’s herbal tea in colourful bags, possibly with a thermos cup as an addition.
Apart from snacks:
Mini lunch box or snack box: Ideal for the (first) breaks – preferably with a sweet motif or bento compartment.
Stickers & labels with encouraging sayings on the packaging, for that extra bit of motivation!
