Spiralizing zucchini into noodles is a low-carb food trend that looks as good as it tastes. Everyone will love this dish — the raw zucchini has a lot of bite and becomes a truly delicious interpretation of an Italian classic when combined with our Tuscan Herbs mix.

    Spiralize the zucchini and put to one side.

    Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the cherry tomatoes until they start to break down and go soft.

    Stir in the Tuscan Herbs, continue to fry and season to taste with sea salt and ground pepper.

    Add the zoodles to the pan, mix with the tomatoes and stir briefly.
