This gingerbread syrup can be used to jazz up coffee and tea. Used sparingly, the syrup also gives desserts a wonderful festive flavor and will get everyone in the Christmas spirit. It also makes a brilliant little homemade present at Christmas.
Ingredients 4 Portions
- 120 gSugar
- 120 mlWater
- 1 tbsp.Honey Gingerbread Seasoning Mix
To make the syrup: Simmer the sugar, water and Honey Gingerbread seasoning mix for 5–10 minutes.
Pour the syrup into a clean bottle and enjoy.
