Beet Tartare with Himalayan Salt

This tartare makes a delicious vegetarian alternative to meat versions of this classic dish. Even meat lovers will be amazed by what you can do with beets, and this beet tartare makes a brilliantly tasty and fresh addition to your dinner table.

    Finely dice the beets.

    Mix the lingonberry jelly with 2 tbsp. of the cress. Then season to taste with the Himalayan salt and pepper from the mill.

    Serve on a plate and garnish with 1 tbsp. of the cress and walnuts.

    Garnish the plate with balsamic glaze to taste. Looks great and tastes fantastic!
