- 500 gWhite cabbage
- 3 pieceCarrots
- 300 gBroccoli
- 1 pieceOnion
- 1 pieceChili pepper
- 6 tbsp.Sesame oil
- 10 mlSoy sauce
- 1 pkg.Veggy Classic Seasoning Mix
Chop the cabbage, carrots, onion and chili into thin strips. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the vegetables until well done. Then add the Veggy Exotic mix so the aroma can develop as much as possible.
Use a little soy sauce to deglaze the pan. Season with salt to taste and enjoy.
