Dine like buddha: This light, vegetarian bowl meal not only gives you heaps of energy with its fabulous crunchy vegetables, it also radiates color thanks to our Turmeric & More seasoning mix.

Preparation

    Prepare the brown rice according to the instructions on the packaging.

    Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Clean the mushrooms and cut into quarters. Peel and dice the carrots. Remove the core from the red bell pepper and dice. Drain the chickpeas.

    First, fry the carrots in a pan with 2 tbsp. of oil for a few minutes. Add the onion, garlic, mushrooms, bell pepper and chickpeas then fry for a few minutes seasoning well with salt. Add Kotányi Turmeric & More seasoning mix to the pan and fry for a few seconds. Use the juice of half a lemon to deglaze the pan and remove from the heat. Season to taste with soy sauce and honey.

    Remove the lettuce leaves from the lettuce hearts. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Dress with 2 tbsp. of olive oil, salt and pepper and pepper and the rest of the lemon juice.

    Dish up the brown rice onto plates. Arrange the lettuces hearts and tomatoes on top. Place the cooked vegetables on top and garnish with the peanuts.
