Spicy Tarte Flambée with Red Bell Pepper and Zucchini

A wonderful quick lunch or evening meal with friends and family. Everyone will love this combination of flavors, with zucchini, sour cream, cocktail tomatoes and cheese. Our Veggy Classic mix has an intense aroma of garlic and rosemary and gives the tarte flambée a wonderful flavor.

Ingredients 4 Portions

  • 500 gSour cream
  • 2 tbsp.Olive oil
  • 200 gCheese, grated
  • 2 pieceRed onions
  • 2 pieceScallions
  • 2 pieceRed bell pepper
  • 1 pieceZucchini
  • 16 pieceCocktail tomatoes
  • 2 pkg.Ready-made pizza dough
  • 1 pkg.Veggy Classic Seasoning Mix

Preparation

    Combine the sour cream, Veggy Classic mix and olive oil. Place the pizza dough on a baking tray lined with baking parchment.

    Coat the dough with the sour cream mixture and sprinkle with the cheese. Cut the onions, scallions, bell pepper and zucchini into strips. Cut the tomatoes into quarters. Spread the toppings evenly over the tarte flambée.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for around 15 minutes using the convection oven setting, cut into pieces and enjoy.
