

Stuffed Lemons with Spiced Cream

Grate the whole peel of a lemon. Then squeeze the lemon.

Cut off the tops and bottoms of the rest of the lemons so that the lemons can stand up. Then hollow them out and squeeze and collect the juice.

Mix the mascarpone with Kotányi Cardamom, Cinnamon, 2 tbsp. of lemon juice and 1 tbsp. of lemon zest. Taste and add more seasoning if required.
