Heat the oil in a pan. Add the rice and fry while stirring until the grains of rice go transparent. Add the turmeric and continue to fry for a short time.
Use 500 ml of water to deglaze. Use a lemon juicer to squeeze the juice from the lemons. Add the lemon juice, sea salt and ground pepper to the rice. Cover the pan and leave to simmer over a medium heat for 15–20 minutes.
Grate some lemon peel and mix it in.
Dice the tofu and season it with Veggy Exotic.
Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the tofu on all sides for 4–5 minutes. Then mix with the lemon rice, dish out onto plates and enjoy.
