

Grilled Asian-Style Pineapple Tacos
30—40 MinTacos are always a treat, and with Asian-style grilled pineapple and a homemade avocado sauce, they are unbeatable! Our Burger Asian Style seasoning mix gives both meat and vegetarian dishes alike an exotic Asian flavor, so it's perfect for these tacos.

- 1 piecePineapple
- 4 tbsp.Cilantro, freshly chopped
- 2 pieceGarlic cloves
- 2 pieceScallions
- 3 tbsp.Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp.Sesame oil
- 3 tbsp.Brown sugar
- 1 pieceLime
- 5 Bunch of cilantro
- 1 Handful of salad
- 4 pieceCorn tacos
- 2 tbsp.
For the avocado sauce
- 1 pieceAvocado
- 0.5 pieceCucumber
- 4 tbsp.Yogurt
- 0.5 pieceLime
- 1 pinchSea Salt, Coarse
- 1 pinchPepper Black, Whole

Peel the pineapple, cut into small pieces and place in a sealable container.

Add the Burger Asian Style mix, fresh cilantro, scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil and brown sugar to a bowl and use a hand blender to combine. Then marinate the pineapple pieces in the sauce and put to one side.

To make the avocado sauce: Add all the ingredients apart from the cucumber to a bowl and use a fork to crush thoroughly. Cut the cucumber into small pieces and mix into the sauce.

Now place the small pieces of pineapple on the grill until lightly browned on both sides.

Wrap the tacos in aluminum foil and also heat on the grill for two minutes.

Finally, fill the tacos with the salad, cilantro leaves, pineapple and avocado sauce and drizzle with the remaining marinade and some lime juice and enjoy.
