

Green Spiced Smoothie

Tip: To reap the benefits of its healing effect, turmeric needs to be consumed with a little vegetable fat and/or pepper.

- 20 gCashew nuts
- 50 gBaby spinach
- 2 pieceApples
- 1 pieceBanana
- 1 pieceKiwifruit
- 1 pieceAvocado
- 100 mlAlmond milk or coconut milk
- 1 tsp.Honey (optional)
- 1 Squeeze of lemon juice
- 300 mlWater
- 1 pinchTurmeric, Ground
- 1 pinchOrganic Ginger, Ground
- 1 pinchPepper Black, Whole

Rinse the baby spinach thoroughly. Remove the core from the apple and cut into rough pieces. Peel the banana and kiwifruit and also cut into pieces. Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and use a spoon to remove the flesh from the skin.

Add all the ingredients to a stand mixer and mix for a few minutes until smooth.
