Ingredients 2 Portions
- 2 pieceOnions
- 2 tbsp.Sunflower oil
- 2 pieceRed bell pepper
- 2 pieceBaby potatoes
- 40 mlOrange juice
- 500 mlVegetable stock, clear
- 250 mlWhipping cream
- 1 tbsp.Butter
- 1 tsp.Paprika Special Sweet
- 1 tsp.Veggy Hot+Spicy Seasoning Mix
Preparation

Peel and finely dice the onions. Heat the oil in a pan and sweat the onions.

Dice the bell pepper and potatoes and add to the onions.

Add the paprika and Veggy Hot + Spicy mix and fry briefly. Use orange juice to deglaze the pan and pour in the vegetable stock. Stew for a few minutes until the vegetables are soft.

Then stir in the whipping cream and simmer for a little longer.

Finally, add cold butter, use a hand blender to finely blend and enjoy.
