Chia Pudding Topped with Apple and Cinnamon Chips

There are lots of superfoods available locally that are packed full of energy. Combined with oat milk, cinnamon and cardamom, every spoonful of this superfood pudding is absolutely delicious. Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and apple and cinnamon chips give it a real crunch.

    Add the linseed, ground cardamom to the oat milk and leave to soak overnight in the fridge.

    Layer the apple puree and linseed pudding in a glass.

    Sprinkle with the sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. Garnish with the Apple and Cinnamon Chips and enjoy.
